I highly recommend professionals understand their "why" from Why Institute. It certainly feels more accurate than an enneagram, but it does a great job providing context and guidance. My wife read my results and felt it was so accurate that she insisted she complete the survey, which was also very accurate.

Ultimately, I get in my zone when I am a problem solver. My ability to take in and distill information quickly and see a path forward is a big differentiator.
